Partnerships
There are a number of options available to insolvent partnerships. These are very similar to other procedures but are governed by different legislation; The Insolvent Partnership Regulations 2005. Such procedures include:
Partnership Voluntary Arrangement - similar to a Company Voluntary Arrangement;
Administration - similar to the corporate Administration process;
Partnership Winding up - similar to a Compulsory Winding up; and
Bankruptcy/IVA of the partners.
